From the square in Araya or from Plaza Dimas Coello in Igueste, it is possible to gain access to this footpath, which offers us the possibility of enjoying a magnificent panoramic view of the Güímar Valley and getting to know the species of native flora that are most representative of the Tabaibal-Cardonal and Pinar (spurge and pinewood) layers of vegetation. The hiker can also walk through the Natural Park of the Forest Crown and observe the remains of the significant farming activity that once took place here, principally cultivating cereals, fruit trees and vines.
